Manage Vehicle is a fleet operations and compliance platform built for Australian heavy vehicle transport operators. It brings fatigue management, fit-to-drive checks, inspections, work diaries, dispatch, job management, vehicle maintenance and operational records into one system, with a single app for drivers.

The V-DAQ integration brings vehicle telematics into existing Manage Vehicle workflows. Vehicle movement, stop and mass data appear alongside the driver, shift and job records, giving operators a connected view of their day-to-day operations and compliance.

Once connected, V-DAQ vehicles are matched to their corresponding records in Manage Vehicle. Fleet Tracking data is then linked to the relevant driver, shift, work diary, job or transport activity, giving operators access to vehicle data directly within the Manage Vehicle workflows they already use.

Driver shift enrichment

‍Vehicle movement, odometer readings and available telemetry appear alongside each driver’s shift record.

‍Historical vehicle movements and stops are displayed alongside recorded work and rest periods, giving compliance teams an additional point of reference.

‍Gross vehicle and axle mass data, where supported, are tracked against the operating period to show load and unload events and mass trends over time.
