EQUIPR Guardian

Connect V-DAQ with EQUIPR Guardian to simplify equipment maintenance, servicing and inspections.

Description

The integration between V-DAQ and EQUIPR Guardian helps heavy vehicle and equipment operators make better use of the data they're already collecting.

‍

By connecting V-DAQ vehicle data with EQUIPR Guardian, operators can automatically update engine hours, odometer readings, vehicle locations and driving events against individual asset records.

‍

This means less time spent manually recording information and more visibility over when equipment needs servicing, inspecting or maintaining.

‍

Built for industries including crane hire, concrete pumping, heavy haulage and plant hire, the integration brings vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, inspections, defects and certificates together in one place.

‍

For operators already using V-DAQ, it's another way to get more value from their existing fleet technology, without installing additional hardware.

‍

‍

Features

Automatic engine hours and odometer updates

Keep equipment usage records up to date using engine hours and odometer readings from V-DAQ. Reduce manual meter readings and schedule servicing based on actual vehicle and equipment usage.

‍

Usage-based maintenance scheduling

Automatically trigger maintenance when equipment reaches defined engine-hour or kilometre intervals, helping operators stay on top of preventative servicing.

‍

Live asset visibility

View connected vehicles and equipment on EQUIPR Guardian's fleet map using location data from V-DAQ, with visibility over vehicle movements and operating activity.

‍

Driving events and inspections

Use driving events such as harsh braking, acceleration, cornering and overspeed to trigger inspections, defects or alerts based on configured conditions.

‍

Vehicle mass insights

For vehicles equipped with Smart OBM or compatible onboard mass systems, use gross and axle weight readings to identify potential overload conditions and trigger relevant inspections.

‍

‍Trip history and time on site

Access trip and utilisation information, including distance travelled, idle time and time spent at depots or customer sites. Geofence records can also help operators validate job times against dockets and invoices.

‍

Centralised equipment records

Bring vehicle usage, maintenance history, inspections, defects and certificates together against each asset, making important information easier to access and manage.

‍

Vehicle reporting alerts

Identify connected vehicles that have stopped reporting data for 24 hours, helping operators investigate potential device or connectivity issues.
