‍Data Security  

Because records such as medical certificates and selected licence and contact details can be highly sensitive, CNX applies layered safeguards to help protect them.  Information is protected using HTTPS/TLS while in transit, while selected sensitive fields and record attachments are encrypted when stored.

Training on the Go

CNX includes relevant training courses. Drivers can complete courses and assessments through the Driver App, while authorised users manage learning paths, toolbox sessions, competency records from the Admin Interface. CNX includes two CoR leadership courses, and five essential driver courses:  distraction and inattention, fatigue awareness, mass, dimension and loading, safe driving practices, and speed management.

Built for the 2026 Heavy Vehicle Reforms

CNX Modular was specifically developed to support operators as they move into to the 2026 HVNL reforms, and Heavy Vehicle Accreditation framework, bringing safety management, responsibilities, training, internal reviews, corrective actions and supporting evidence together in one platform for clearer management and oversight.

Modular, but different

CNX includes all modules. Every CNX module is included in one connected platform rather than sold separately. As CNX grows, newly released modules will also be included, giving customers continued access to the expanding suite without extra purchases.

Controlled Contractor / Supply Chain Collaboration

Connect operators, contractors and engaging parties within one workflow. Contractors choose which safety and compliance evidence they share, monitor document currency and retain a record of external views, helping each party better coordinate without giving unrestricted access to its wider records.

Audit Trail and Reviewable History

Selected record creations, changes, deletions and key document views are captured in CNX Change History. This gives authorised teams a clearer account of who did what and when, supporting accountability, transparency, internal review and investigation, with scheduled integrity checks helping protect the reliability of the record.

In Portal Support

Users can create, categorise and prioritise a ticket, attach supporting files, keep the conversation on the ticket, track status, and receive updates, and receive notifications of status. Admins can also grant optional, time-limited support access and revoke it whenever needed.

Controlled Access for External Users, Auditors and  Consultants

Invite an external user, auditor or consultant into CNX and assign them a role and access level, appropriate to their engagement. Choose one day, one week or one month, or provide ongoing access to a trusted consultant where appropriate. Timed access begins when accepted and ends automatically at expiry, helping organisations control external access.
