This version of the Notice includes access to the New South Wales Farm Gate Network.

This Notice exempts a heavy vehicle to which it applies from stated prescribed mass requirements in Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation and operates in conjunction with the New South Wales Grain Harvest Management Scheme (GHMS). This Notice revokes and replaces the New South Wales Class 3 Grain Harvest Management Scheme Mass Exemption Notice 2016. This version of the Notice provides access to the New South Wales Farm Gate Network for participating vehicles.

An eligible vehicle may access the New South Wales Farm Gate Network if it is enrolled in the Road Infrastructure Management (RIM) application.

Schedule of the Multi-State Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicles Dimension Exemption Notice

The Multi-State Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicles Dimension Exemption Notice allows eligible Class 1 load carrying vehicles in NSW to operate up to 5.0m wide, 5.0m high, 30.0m long and 7.5m rear overhang on approved (state owned) routes in NSW, and in compliance with the conditions of the Notice and this Operator’s Guide.
